These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the spabet platform. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. By accessing spabet, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a verified adult to open an account or place any wager on spabet. Age verification is mandatory and enforced at registration and withdrawal.
Each individual may hold exactly one spabet account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus funds or pending withdrawals.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and supported e-wallets are credited within minutes. Withdrawals are typically processed within two hours.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable turnover requirement has been met in full.
spabet reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, and recover funds in any case where fraudulent activity, match-fixing, collusion, or abuse of platform mechanics is identified or suspected.
spabet is operated under an internationally recognized gaming license. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our operating entity is registered.
Important Notice: By accessing or using the spabet platform in any capacity — whether as a registered member or a visitor — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the platform.
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions:
To register and maintain an account on spabet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your membership:
If spabet subsequently determines that a Member did not meet the eligibility criteria at the time of registration or at any point thereafter, spabet reserves the right to immediately close the account, void all active bets, and withhold any pending or future withdrawals pending investigation.
Each individual person may register and maintain exactly one spabet account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be permanently closed, and any balance held therein will be forfeited.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, and Indonesian mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. spabet accepts no liability for communication failures or transaction errors arising from inaccurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your sole responsibility until you report unauthorized access to spabet support. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.
spabet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: (a) a breach of these Terms is identified or suspected; (b) fraudulent activity is detected; (c) a Member requests account closure; or (d) regulatory or compliance obligations require it. spabet will make reasonable efforts to return any legitimate cash balance following account closure, subject to KYC verification being completed.
spabet is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges. spabet reserves the right to request updated or additional documentation at any point during your membership to maintain compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) standards.
spabet accepts deposits in IDR via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All listed payment methods are subject to availability, and minimum deposit amounts may apply per channel.
Deposits made via local bank transfer are typically credited to your spabet wallet within 5 to 15 minutes of successful bank-side confirmation. E-wallet deposits are generally credited instantly. spabet is not responsible for delays attributable to the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds being deposited are your own lawfully obtained personal funds and are not derived from any criminal activity. spabet reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds in connection with its AML obligations.
Currency Note: All deposit and withdrawal amounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). spabet does not charge currency conversion fees on IDR transactions. Any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside spabet's control and are the Member's responsibility.
Withdrawal requests submitted during our operational support hours are typically processed within two hours. Requests submitted outside of these hours will be processed at the start of the next operational period. spabet targets same-day withdrawal completion for the majority of requests, but reserves up to 24 hours for manual review in cases where additional verification is required.
In order to process a withdrawal, the following condi tions must be satisfied:
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are published on the Platform and may vary by payment channel. spabet reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice. For large withdrawal amounts, additional verification steps may be required before processing is approved.
spabet reserves the right to reject or delay a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, incomplete KYC documentation, or where the request would result in a negative account balance after pending bet settlements.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by spabet are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash balance. The applicable wagering multiplier and minimum odds restrictions for each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Bets placed on certain game types — including but not limited to low-margin markets, draw no bet, and certain side markets — may not contribute toward wagering requirement completion.
spabet employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing hedged bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, exploiting technical errors or miscalculated odds, and coordinating with other Members to manipulate bonus outcomes. Any Member found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Bonus Funds voided, their account suspended, and any associated withdrawals withheld pending investigation.
Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Member's account and cannot be reinstated.

All bets placed on spabet are subject to acceptance at the Company's sole discretion. spabet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without prior notice, including but not limited to cases where: (a) the bet exceeds the maximum stake or payout limit for the relevant market; (b) the odds were displayed in error; (c) the event has already commenced at the time the bet is submitted; or (d) there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns.
spabet offers Asian handicap markets — commonly referred to as voor bola (a handicap betting format widely used in Indonesia) — across all major football competitions including BRI Liga 1, the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and the Champions League. Asian handicap rules applicable to each market are published in the Platform's betting rules section and take precedence over any general guidance.
Mix parlay (accumulator betting) is available on supported markets. A mix parlay bet will be voided in full if any selection within the accumulator is deemed void under applicable betting rules. The minimum number of selections and minimum odds per leg for mix parlay bets are displayed at the time of bet placement.
In-play betting markets are offered on selected events. In-play odds are subject to rapid change and may be suspended at any time. spabet accepts no liability for connection delays that may result in a bet being submitted at odds different from those displayed at the time the Member initiated the placement.
Official results are sourced from recognized governing bodies (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for football; relevant national lottery authorities for togel). Winnings are credited to the Member's account balance within the timeframe stated on the Platform following result confirmation. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, spabet's determination is final and binding.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the spabet platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, spabet and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services. This includes, without limitation:
spabet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary service unavailability, for which spabet shall not be held liable.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: By using spabet, you acknowledge that betting involves financial risk and that losses are a possible and foreseeable outcome. spabet does not guarantee any return on bets placed and is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through the use of the Platform.
All content on the spabet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of spabet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform without prior express written consent from spabet. Unauthorized use of any spabet trademark, trade name, or brand identifier is strictly prohibited.
spabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, spabet will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at spabet.cam/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the spabet operating entity is registered and licensed. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights under any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your country of residence. spabet acknowledges that its Members are primarily located in Indonesia and will act in good faith in addressing any cross-jurisdictional disputes that may arise.
